Shipping

Everything in our shop is made to order. We try to get MacBook skins and iPhone cases out within 3-5 business days and MacBook Cases within 10-12 business days (Monday through Friday excluding US holidays).

On some occasions, it may take longer depending on the volume of orders we receive. We cannot guarantee that an item will be shipped out and received on a specific date (please keep this in mind when you are ordering a gift). The best way to find out the status of your order is to send us a message.

Shipping within the US generally takes 2-5 Postal days after it is shipped. International shipping can take up to 3 to 5 weeks to receive after it is shipped.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: We are not responsible for any additional customs charges levied by your country. Please be aware of the import laws of your country. Customs clearance procedures can cause delays beyond original delivery-time estimates.

ITALIAN BUYERS: Packages can take up to 3 months to arrive. Please be aware that Italian customs and Italian Post are both very slow.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you're not satisfied with your non-custom item, we will refund you upon receipt of original item as long as it's unused and in sellable condition. All items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. For custom and personalized items we cannot refund you unless a mistake has been made on our part. Please contact us first before returning an item. Also, be certain that any special engraving is correct before we proceed. Because we have to special order all of the wood for our bulk orders, we cannot offer refunds on bulk orders over $200.

Additional Policies

We use 3M Pressure Sensitive Adhesive on all of our wood skin products. This adhesive is extremely strong and durable. On the aluminum Apple products it creates a semi-permanent bond and may require extra work to remove from the back of your MacBook or iPhone 5/5S, 6/6S/6 Plus. We recommend using a plastic putty knife and goo-gone to remove all of the pieces of the wood.

For the iPhone 4/4S and MacBook Keyboard, the wood veneer comes off much easier. You should be able to peel it off of your iPhone 4/4S with no residue. For the keyboard we recommend using a small plastic blade such as a painters pallet knife to slip in between the keys and the veneer to pop off the wood. It should also leave very little to no residue.

Please let us know if you have any questions regarding removal.
